Rigid and Setup Boxes
The "set-up" or "rigid" box is a chipboard box of rigid construction formed or "set-up" and is ready to be used. It has a base and a lid and is usually wrapped. Wraps are materials such as paper, book cloth or vinyl etc... which are glued to the base or lid of a set-up box.

Rigid Box Inserts
MAJOR BOX® has the full capability to incorporate sophisticated presentation and product protections into our boxes. Platforms, diecuts, dividers, windows, pockets and vacuum forms are made of covered kraft, silk, velvet and/or matte, glossy or flocked styrenes. We can build in a myriad of hinges, pulls, lid supports, labels and linings. In addition, we frequently use embossing, silk screening and hot stamping to enhance wraps and inserts.
